Minister's Advisory Council Member - Roxanna Smith

With an extensive background in the health sector and having served on a number of boards and committees throughout her career, Roxanna Smith joins the Ministerial Advisory Council on Energy Efficiency to offer a wealth of experience and expertise on a number of fronts.

Hailing from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, Roxanna is the Chairwoman of the South Shore Health Board and the President of the Lunenburg Academy Foundation.

Most recently, Roxanna held a 12-year position as the Director of Diagnostic Imaging at the Fishermen's Memorial Hospital.

In her spare time, Roxanna enjoys refinishing furniture, traveling, reading, caring for the elderly and spending time with her grandchildren.

Roxanna currently lives in Lunenburg with her husband Ben.

Roxanna also has three children Heather, Robert and Kevin who are now living in Washington, Seattle and Halifax, respectively.
